Privacy notice
Neath Gutter Care provides gutter-clearing services in Neath and the surrounding area. This notice explains how we handle information you submit through this website.
Information we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, postcode, property type and the details you enter about the work. We may also receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the form.
Why we use your information
We use it to answer your enquiry, assess whether we can carry out the work, prepare a quote and arrange a service if agreed. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and where applicable our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping appropriate records.
Who receives your information
The website uses Formspree (formspree.io) to process and deliver form submissions to our designated inbox. We do not sell contact details or add you to a marketing list simply because you requested a quote.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage potential work. If a booking is made, certain records may be retained longer for accounting, insurance, or legal obligations. We periodically delete information that is no longer required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable UK data-protection law, you can request access to your data, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request erasure, object to some uses, and complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To contact us about your data, use the privacy request form below. For more about your rights, visit ico.org.uk.
